We would like to rent your free roof areas. The basis for this are:

Good general condition of the (flat) roofs, preferably newly built, or newly refurbished and sealed.

Your building should have a few thousand square meters, unshaded and unobstructed open roof areas.

Furthermore, there must be space available for the installation of the needed technical equipment (measurement, riser, converter and solar panels), including the feeding into the grid with an appropriate transmission capacity.
